Empowering Books for Woman with ADHD: 2 in 1 Guide and Workbook by Estella Rose

I was thrilled to get my hands on “Empowering Books for Woman with ADHD: 2 in 1 Guide and Workbook,” as I’m always eager for more insights since my ADHD diagnosis as an adult. To give you a bit of background, I was born three months premature, weighing just 2 pounds and 14 ounces, which led to various challenges throughout my childhood. Through my research, I discovered a connection between premature birth and ADHD. I’ve also struggled with anxiety, which I believed stemmed from my early experiences and traumas. Thankfully, I’ve been able to manage my anxiety over the years with the support of my wonderful loved ones.

However, at 48, a mix of work stress, the COVID-19 pandemic, constructing a new home, sending my youngest child off to college a few hours away, and dealing with two family cancer diagnoses made my anxiety overwhelming. I sought medical assistance, and after some tests, I was diagnosed with Combined ADHD. This diagnosis led me to delve deeper into research, and many aspects of my life began to click into place.

I recognized many typical ADHD symptoms in myself. Rather than letting my diagnosis weigh me down, I embraced it as a superpower! I learned to embrace my uniqueness! After reading Estella Rose’s book, I felt a genuine connection to her and others like me. She taught me how to apply certain insights from the book to my daily life. I appreciated that it wasn’t just a book but also a workbook designed to enhance my understanding. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about ADHD. A big thank you to the author and Rosali Publishing for sending this my way!
